Well, I have to say that your new stuff is just amazing. I tried one of the pita's over at the old place and I'm sorry to say that I wasn't taken away. However, the other day I had a tex mex pita and a burrito with the full works and it was so juicy and tasty that I'll try to make an excuse to get back, although I'm not sure how impressed the girl friend was, but I don't care :D
Glad you liked the new stuff. At the old place I turned control of the menu over to the wife and her sister, with predictable results that I nevertheless failed to foresee. Now that the wife and I are fully in charge of the new place, preparation and quality control are back in more reliable hands. I.e., if I wouldn't relish eating something we make, we don't sell it.
